The Predefined Short Message Service offers subscribers a 'select and send' facility for delivering pre-defined
greetings to destination customers. A landline or mobile subscriber is required to dial a predefined service access number. The subscriber is prompted to select appropriate greeting from a list of pre-defined audio messages.
