The Group Messaging System facilitates a service provider to communicate with its customers individually, in groups or collectively as a whole. A list of targeted customers comprises a group. Multiple groups can be defined within the system. The system autodials all members of a Group and performs a specified action. One way announcements, prompts for information from the subscriber or interactive transactions with members of the group can be specified as actions by the service provider.
