Subsequent to the signing of the agreement, C-DOT provides first level of
training, following which the recipient sets up his manufacturing
infrastructure. Based on the technical assistance available from C-DOT, the
recipient fabricates the production model and offers it to C-DOT for quality
evaluation. After successful evaluation of the model, C-DOT recommends the
manufacturer’s infrastructure and the production model to the testing wing of the Department of Telecom, India.
